6Account Closure & Suspension

win63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to misuse another member's account.

7Deposit Terms

The following mobile banking methods are currently available for depositing funds on win63:

Deposits must be sent from an account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

8Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from win63:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method and the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

9Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at win63, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳18,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳28,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

10Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus is issued once only; the same person cannot receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• win63 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the account may be closed immediately.

11VIP Program

The win63 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher tier based on your active play history and contribution on the platform. win63 reserves the right to change the benefits and perks of each tier.

12Gaming Policy

Every game on win63 is operated fairly and impartially. Our platform has active SSL encryption and fair play assurance systems. Game outcomes are not predetermined and are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

13Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on win63:

• Playing games using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
